6. Period of storage of personal data

After deleting your account, the Administrator takes the necessary care to delete and destroy all your data without undue delay or to anonymize them, i.e. to bring them into a form that does not reveal your identity, unless there is another legal basis to continue processing the data.

The term of processing your personal data in the primary accounting documents created in connection with your order is in accordance with the statutory five-year terms under the Accounting Act. "eM Studio Advertising and Creative" Ltd., as a personal data administrator, may, at its own discretion, transfer part or all of your personal data to personal data processors - its employees and/or contractual partners for the fulfillment of the purposes of processing, subject to compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 8.4. Right to rectification
You may at any time correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you directly through your profile on the website in the "My Account" section; by making a request to the Administrator by e-mail using the request in Appendix No. 1 or by a free-text request by e-mail.

8.5. Right to erasure - right to be forgotten
You have the right to ask eM Studio Advertising and Creative Ltd. to delete part or all of your personal data, and the company has the obligation to delete them without undue delay, when any of the following grounds are present:

• the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
• You withdraw your consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
• You have objected to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes, and there are no overriding legal grounds for the processing;
• the personal data were processed unlawfully;
• the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State that applies to the Administrator;

• for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
• the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;
• the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

In order to exercise your right to be forgotten, it is necessary to send by e-mail a request to delete your personal data, which the Administrator processes, by completing the request in Appendix No. 1 or by a free text request by e-mail.

8.6. Right to limitation
You have the right to demand from eM Studio Advertising and Creative Ltd., the personal data controller, to limit the processing of the data related to you by sending the request according to Appendix No. 1 or in free text by e-mail, when:

• dispute the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows the administrator to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
• the processing is illegal, but you do not want the personal data to be deleted, but only to have its use restricted;
• the administrator no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them to establish, exercise or defend your legal claims;
• you have objected to the processing pending verification of whether the controller's legitimate grounds prevail over your interests.

8.7. Right of portability
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data or the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract with the Administrator, you have the right to receive from the Administrator, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format, your personal data, as well as to receive the direct their transfer to another Administrator. You can exercise your right to transfer personal data from one administrator to another only in cases where this is technically feasible.
You can exercise the right of portability by emailing us the request in Appendix No. 1 or a free text request.

8.8. Right to receive information
You can ask the Administrator to inform you about all recipients to whom the personal data for which correction, deletion or restriction of processing has been requested has been disclosed. The administrator may refuse to provide this information if it would be impossible or would require a disproportionate effort.

8.9. Right of appeal
You have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data before the competent supervisory authority (in Bulgaria – the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data or the court) if you believe that your rights to the protection of personal data have been violated.

You can exercise all your rights regarding the protection of your personal data through the annex to this policy. This application is optional and you can make your requests in any form that contains a statement to that effect and identifies you as the data owner.

9. Security of personal data

Taking into account the achievements and technical progress, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, the risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, "eM Studio Advertising and Creative" OOD, as well as its employees processing personal data, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the required level of security.
In the event that "eM Studio Advertising and Creative" Ltd. detects a breach of the security of your personal data, which may create a high risk for your rights and freedoms, it will notify you without undue delay of the breach and of the measures taken or to be taken to be undertaken.
