Standard delivery times

The goods requested for purchase are delivered to the address specified by the Customer within the time limit:

For available goods:

up to 2 hours days after receiving the order for goods that are available.
     for orders placed before 1:00 p.m., shipping is done the same day,
     for orders after 14:00 the shipment is the next day.

For goods that are produced:

3-5 hours days, for standard goods that are produced.
By agreement - for products according to the customer's order

For goods requiring importation:

Up to 14 days after order approval

For goods that are manufactured according to the customer's order or products that require import, a delivery time is agreed upon additionally.

The goods are delivered appropriately packed according to the type and transport for delivery.

The delivery is carried out by the courier company Interlogistika, according to the current current price list.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS

The goods are handed over to the Customer or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt of the same on behalf of the Customer.

When handing over the goods, the Customer or the third party signs the accompanying documents. In the event that the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the address specified by him or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, Hi-pos.com is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase.

The customer can confirm his desire to receive the goods even after the expiry of the delivery period in which he was not found at the address, taking all the additional delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.

Upon receipt of the shipment, check the contents of the package for a transport defect or inconsistencies of the sent goods with the submitted request! Mandatory before the courier!

Upon receipt of the shipment, it is necessary for you to check the products and if there is any discrepancy contact a representative of Hi-pos.com immediately. If this is not done, it is considered that the products are approved and meet the relevant requirements. If a defect is detected, we undertake to react within 24 hours of delivery, and you to store the products until the moment of their return in the form in which you received them.

ATTENTION!

When paying in cash upon delivery, a courier of SPIDI AD or Econt Express OOD is obliged to issue you document/receipt/, which replaces a receipt in proof of the payment made. Please keep the document and attach it to the invoice we issue you.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods requested by him for purchase, when:

  • the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be established by a simple examination of them,
  • the product or its packaging was damaged during transportation,
  • the price to be paid by the Customer does not correspond to the price due.

A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act pursuant to Article 55 has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of goods through Hi-pos.com, as return the goods within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

In the event that the Customer withdraws from the concluded contract within the period of the previous sentence, he should send a statement of withdrawal from the concluded contract to Hi-pos.com and return the goods intact, unused and with tags left in place. Hi-pos.com is obliged to refund the Customer in full the sales price paid no later than 30 days from the date on which the Customer has exercised any of its right of withdrawal.

Attention!

Refusal of the request becomes obligatory in writing by e-mail. If the goods have already been sent by "EM Studio Advertising and Creative" OOD, you can refuse to accept them at the moment of receiving them from the courier, and the costs remain at the expense of "EM Studio Advertising and Creative" OOD. If you refuse the goods after receiving them, but within the seven-day period specified above, you may return them at your own expense by courier or bring them on site to a Hi-pos.com office
